Treasury Project: Served as a liaison in the World Bank project for the computerization of the Treasury Department.  Assisted in development of model plan for Treasury Department of Ukraine in conjunction with advisory group of Ernst & Young, UK.  Assisted in macroeconomic statistical analysis of Gross National Product, budget deficit, trade deficit and revenue generated bytax collection.  Provided monthly reports on this analysis to the Ministry Council.
